I needed something to hold my phone and keys for my walks. This belt works great and doesn't bulk me up. I ended up using it for my work backstage in a play -- to hold my phone and flashlight.
I also bought one for my 80 yr old mother to hold her phone and medical alert button. She loves it as well because she doesn't always have pockets big enough to hold everything. She also commented that it is smooth and doesn't add extra bulk -

This is awesome. I run long distance (5mi-26mi), and I've tried those bands that have no zippers or clips, with just a slit that is supposed to keep everything secure. Useless. This is great, barely moves while I'm running, and once I start working up a sweat it doesn't move at all because it clings to my skin even more. I will probably be getting another to rotate in when the first goes into the laundry. Oh yeah - by the way - completely safe for laundry. I keep the plastic clip connected/locked, and then I skip the dryer. It comes out of the wash pretty dry already - just hang to finish drying for about an hour or two.

I use this all the time!!! When I mow, walk, shop, vacation, field work on a tractor...you name it. It keeps my phone close to me and easy to get to. It doesn't slip down and isn't uncomfortable. My husband laughs when he sees me putting it on because it has become my perfect accessory. It is invisible under the hem of my shirt and no one knows I have a little waist pack for my electronics. Super buy in my opinion.
