LOVE these!! I bought 2 sets. Very good sound quality and very comfortable in your ears. I sleep with them in my ears every night to drown out noise and they are very comfortable. Will buy again if need to. Yes I recommend these!

For ten bucks these are great. They have decent sound and have a slick look to them that is similar to Skullcandy earbuds. They're perfect for people like my teen daughter who goes through earbuds like crazy. She uses earbuds and earphones all day log (when not in school). Whether connected to her iPhone or her laptop, she's always wearing some kind of earphone. She virtually lives in them. Because of this she ends up going through a lot of them.
Music sounds good through these and they're priced so if she breaks them, loses them or leaves them somewhere, it wont break the bank to pick up another pair. I got these in pink and they are awesome. The color is bright and it looks very nice with the white cables. Very cute!

I am a music junkie and almost always have a pair of earbuds in my ears or hanging around my neck. Four years back I was given a $200 set of Bose in-ear buds as a gift. They were amazing! Unfortunately, they only lived two years before I accidentally cut one of the cables with my hedge clippers. It was devastating. I've lost count of how many lower cost sets of earbuds I've tried hoping that one of them would come close to my Bose. Until now, the closest I could get was a $60 set of Sony MDRs and they died within 3 months. I ordered these mainly because of the hassle free guarantee. I won't be sending them back. These are hands down the best earbuds I've ever owned. They are even better than the Bose because they fit well and stay in my ears for hours without falling out. The sound is amazingly rich and deep. Great bass and treb. Superb balance. I am absolutely blown away by how good these sound! At $10, I immediately ordered a second set to have as backup in case I somehow mangle the set I'm using with a power tool. Again, I have tried almost every set of earbuds out there that cost less than $75 to get the quality of sound I got from my beloved Bose earbuds. My search is over. These Gear Beasts are awesome. I am stunned that a $10 set of earbuds produced the sound that came out of these puppies! I highly recommend these. I would encourage you to buy them just to experience what quality earbuds should sound like. These are it!!!
UPDATE: I love my GearBeast earbuds even more now! I accidentally ran them through the washer and dryer and they still work and sound as good as they did the day I got them!
The only thing I would change was to make the cord a little longer. Maybe 6 inches on the plug end so I can keep my player in my hip pocket instead of in a belt holster and another 3 inches for the bud ends so I can wear them behind my neck more comfortable.

I received this item free in exchange for a review and despite that kindness I give my absolutely candid thoughts below in more or less chronological order.
* Their little bulbous design is rather cute. I got these in pink and the colorful accents are rather cool and unique.
* Very, very light. Less than one ounce in weight, 12 grams. Barely there at all.
* Plug end is very thin and manages to plug well into my iPhone case that usually obstructs most cords.
* Looking at the sound reproduction, the headphones are strong though they do seem slightly more responsive on the high end of the range. Max output is about 60Db which is still enough to deafen you completely.
* The shaft of these is very short which means you can bury them quite deeply in your ears. It's important that you not mind this because if you don't insert them properly the sound will be rather off with a tendency towards a lot of high-pitched noise. If you get them in the right position they're extremely robust.
* Lastly, because of their light build, these are not recommended for younger users. They're delicate and I know my 9-year-old would have these shorted out in about 10 minutes.
