Great customer service

Works as advertised. I live in Southern California, so haven't used it in the rain, but haven't needed to. It does allow me to have my phone where I can use the Bicycle app and view whatever music or podcast I am listening to while riding. I recently lost the foam that fit around my iPhone 6+ that kept the phone in the proper position in the case (there are different sizes for different size phones). I contacted the company on their website to buy another one, but they said the don't sell the part. What the DID do was mail me a new one, within just a few day, at NO CHARGE. Great customer service.
